Watson Thomas Solicitors have offices in Fleet in Hampshire and Guildford in Surrey and offer a clear way forward for clients during a difficult time. Our team are experts in family law and know how to apply their expertise to assist clients in a timely and cost effective manner.
Services include guidance, pragmatic advice and legal representation for all aspects of family breakdown including divorce, separation, cohabitation, civil partnerships, disputes concerning children, issues relating to family businesses, partnerships or trusts, occupation orders, harassment orders, non-molestation orders, pre-nuptial agreements and wills and probate.
Our Private Client services also include Will Writing as well as advice and guidance on all legal processes relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Probate, Administration of Estates and Living Wills.
We have now closed both of our offices, save for the purposes of the executions of Wills. All of our staff members are now working remotely from home. They are still able to take your calls and contact you in the same way, whether by telephone or video link.
If you need to drop paperwork into one of our offices, then please let us know. A member of staff will be attending the office on a daily basis to collect the post and allocate it to a member of the team to deal with.
Free Initial Appointments, Court Hearings and Mediation
All free initial appointments will be carried out over the telephone, or via video link. We are also conducting Court Hearings in this way and this is proving to be extremely effective.
We are offering mediation via video link for both finance and children related matters. Again, this is proving to be an extremely efficient method of resolving disputes both in relation to children and finances.
Wills, LPAs and Probate
We are conducting all private client services on a remote basis. If you need a Will or LPA drawn up immediately, then we can take your instructions remotely and either email you the Will with instructions on how to sign it, or we can attend your house and witness you signing the documents on a remote basis.
