Sam qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and specialises in all areas of Private Client Law which includes Wills, Power of Attorneys, Trusts, administration of estate, tax planning and care for the elderly.
Sam is a full and accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a full member of the Solicitors for the Elderly.
Sam deals with both complex matters and those that are less complicated. She also advises in contentious estate and disputed Wills.
Sam is highly experienced in acting for clients in a calm and friendly way especially when the matter in hand may be sensitive or if clients are going through a difficult time. She will keep you updated through the matter and will happily visit you at home if you are unable to come to our office.
Sam also specialises in care for the elderly and setting up power of attorneys for those who need help making decisions regarding their finances and health.
