Rebecca is a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer who has been specialising in private family law matters since April 2010. Rebecca has recently undertaken a new role within the firm and now manages our Guildford office.
Rebecca gained much of her experience in the local area however also gained invaluable experience running the family department at a firm on the South Coast.
Rebecca is very experienced in dealing with all matters on the breakdown of a relationship including Divorce, separation, financial issues and child arrangements. Rebecca has dealt with many complex matters involving children, high net worth businesses and domestic violence including urgent Court applications for Civil Injunctions and Orders to protect the safety of children and cases involving the removal of children from the UK.
Family law issues do not only arise on divorce and separation but also at the start of a marriage or co-habitation, when one or both parties wish to protect their assets should a breakdown of the relationship occur in the future. Rebecca is experienced in drafting Pre-nuptial Agreements, Post-Nuptial Agreements and Co-habitation Agreements.
Rebecca is a member of Resolution who are a national body of Family Lawyers working to deal with matters outside of the Court forum if possible. Rebecca will guide you through the issues in the most amicable way possible. If Court proceedings are needed, Rebecca is experienced in these matters and can advise fully throughout the proceedings.
