Briony qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2010 and specialises in Private Client Law, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Court of Protection matters, such as acting in the preparation of applications to obtain the necessary authority (Deputyship) to effectively manage the affairs of those who are vulnerable and unable to make decisions for themselves.
Briony has many years’ experience in private client law, acting for a wide range of clients and their individual needs, she prides herself on her empathetic approach and providing the highest quality of client care. Briony believes strongly in the value of clear communication and strives to provide clarity of legal processes and to provide support for clients during emotionally difficult times.
Briony’s aim is to begin studying for the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners qualification in the not too distant future.
Outside of work Briony enjoys painting and spending time with her young daughter, friends and family.
